Shipping and Delivery

ORDER PROCESSING

We want you to start enjoying your ‘AYNE as soon as possible! Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays), in addition to shipping time. You'll receive email confirmations when your order is placed, dispatched (along with a tracking ID), and finally, once it's delivered. Orders are processed after ensuring item availability and verifying your credit card. Rest assured, we'll promptly email you if any issues arise.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

For deliveries within Canada and the US, we use Canada Post and charge a flat rate of $16.99 for orders under $199. Orders above $199 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Additionally, you have the option to select express priority shipping for only $24.99.

 

SHIPPING TIMES FOR READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 3-7 business days for standard delivery, depending on your shipping selection. Priority shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

 

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP

You can also pick up your order from our studio in Vancouver. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. Once your order is ready, you'll receive confirmation and instructions on how to pick it up.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Shipping dates provided for Pre-Order items are estimates only. While we strive to meet these dates, please understand that they are not guaranteed but rather approximate. Delays and cancellations may occur during production. Rest assured, you will be promptly notified of any changes and compensated accordingly.
