Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
You come first. We prioritize your satisfaction and understand that occasionally your 'AYNE pieces may not fit as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and strive to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.
We offer full returns (and exchanges) within 15 days after delivery (i.e. 15 days after your order arrives on your doorstep/mailbox) for full price pieces. To ensure a seamless return process, please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, clean, and free of scent with all tags and hygienic liners intact. Please refrain from removing the hygiene seal, as returns will not be accepted if it has been tampered with. If any of these conditions are not met, your return may be refused and sent back to you at your cost. Tip: when your package arrives, open it carefully, keep your tags on, wear undergarments then try your items on and make a decision right away. The sooner the better.
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
If you need to initiate an exchange or request a refund, please email info@ayne.ca with the following details:
- Subject: return/exchange
- Your order number
- The reason for your exchange or refund
Kindly ensure that you initiate the request within 15 days from the date you received your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES COST OPTIONS
- Ship at your own cost using a carrier of your choice
- Free drop-off at our studio in Gastown, Vancouver, Canada
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned merchandise. We recommend using a traceable delivery method to ensure the safe return of your items to us. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to parcels during the return process.
You will only be charged to ship back your return, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you in case of exchanges.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it has been approved or rejected. If your return/exchange is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your form of payment within a few days. If your return items do not stand up to our expectations (i.e., tags removed, garments worn, etc) we hold the right to send your return back to you (at your expense).
HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR REFUND YET?
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ayne.ca.
ITEMS ON SALE
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the items that are on sale.
LOOKING TO AMEND OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
If you placed an order and immediately changed your mind, we allow order cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order. We wouldn’t be able to accommodate such requests post the 3-hour timeline.
However, should you want to change your order for any reason, we are happy to request a cancellation so a new purchase can be made. Address amendments may only be completed before your order shipping. Please note once your order has shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel your shipment with the courier.
We are unable to accommodate any adjustments or cancellations to Final Sale items once processed, including customized goods and sale merchandise. For any questions regarding order amendments, please email info@ayne.ca to discuss your options.

We hold the right to adjust our return and exchange policy without any notice. if your order was placed 21 days before the changes, we will honor the previous policy.
